Adobe Lightroom is where we do 100% of our basic color corrections for your client's images. We start in that program when your photographers RAW images are delivered to us and we address images as needed paying careful attention to:

​

• Correct for un-natural color casts using the "White Balance" tool.

• Correct exposure issues (to bright / to dark).

• Adjust contrast as needed.

• Adjust saturation based upon lens / composition.

• Sharpen / reduce grain as needed.

​

Upon completion we export those images into a JPEG format for printing, album creation, and sharing - loading them to N-Vu for viewing.

 

Standard color corrections are "clean / classic / timeless" unless otherwise specified from the bride and groom. We are more than happy to color correct images in any style they choose. Just let your editor know via the order form and we'll take care of the rest.

Image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop

Photoshop is the program we use to complete any significant manipulations to the image that require altering the pixels away from their original form. Think of Photoshop as the place where we can alter images beyond just correcting their color. 

​

Retouching – $25 per-hour

• stray hairs

• skin blemishes

• whiten eyes/teeth

• remove braces

• remove glare from eye glasses

• swap heads or eyes

• extend background

• replace white skies with color

• remove a person

• remove small/large objects

• add or remove lens flares

• change the color of an individual item

• replace an entire background

• reduce weight / make someone appear thinner

• remove heavy wrinkles

Sorting through all of the RAW footage captured throughout a wedding day and creating a cinematic film is a specialized talent. We have the ability to create a unique story from a couples most special day each time we sit down at our computers. It's a task we don't take lightly.

Premium or non-premium music

Clients have the choice between picking their music prior to their order being created or having the post-production staff picking the music. Of course, we will do so with direction and the more communication we have surrounding music the better the end result will be. Typically, the standard length of the cinematic will allow for three songs.
